HRIS Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on Dayforce HRIS support
- Manage the service request ticketing system as the first level of support for our team members' inquires about the HCM
- Manage projects/process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality
- Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities throughout the HCM system
- Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions
- Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy
- Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
- Document process and results
- Support HCM upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned
- Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge
- Participate in user group meetings and conferences
- Assist with data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Prepare files for audit and maintain SOX compliance in accordance with company policy
- System admin responsibilities for the HCM system and attend routine status meetings with HCM partners
- Project manage all service requests from the HCM to ensure they are progressing in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Benefits to identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with Payroll team on various tasks such as reporting, data pull, system adjustments, imports, exception report creation, and others as requested by the leadership team
This opportunity is a direct hire position. We are currently based in Duluth and will move to Sandy Springs in Q3. After you get established, you can telecommute up to two days a week. Excellent benefits include a 401k match, stock awards, paid training, etc.
