The Judge Group is seeking a Purchasing Agent with Procurement and Logistics experience in the Aston, PA area.

COMPENSATION: $60,000 to $75,000

LOCATION: This is an onsite position (Not hybrid or Remote) in the Aston, PA area

RELOCATION: Local candidates only

MUST HAVE: Bachelors Degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, etc)

MUST HAVE: 2+ years of Buyer / Procurement experience

MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card holder

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods and services

- Monitor purchase orders

- Maintaining vendor relationships

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Distribution, Service) to meet customer requirements

- Source stock and non-stock items

- Proactively communicate with vendors to confirm status

- Serve as the primary point of contact with suppliers

- Expedite urgent and back-ordered items

- Work with inventory teams to monitor proper inventory levels

- Work with Sales to forecast for items

- Maintain records (Purchase Orders, Shipping Documents, etc)

- Generate reports on order status and delivery performance

- Audit suppliers to ensure needs and capabilities are aligned

REQUIREMENTS:

- BS, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related

- Familiarity with procurement software / ERP systems

- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
