Jackson James is partnering with a leading manufacturer who are hiring for an ERP Application Manager to oversee their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system.

This will be a pivotal role during the implementation of D365 F&O and post-implementation activities in the continuous improvement and support of the organization’s application and business operations. This role will collaborate with management and end users to design and configure D365 solutions, address daily support requests, configure D365, and reinforce change management by assisting with end user training activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 (D365) across Finance, SCM, WMS, and Production.
• Liaise with stakeholders and Microsoft Partner for requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor batch jobs for errors/issues, providing support as needed.
• Ensure secure synchronization of external third-party software and manage security roles in D365.
• Create reports to monitor security role access and design business documents using Docentric for D365.
• Analyze business processes, propose improvements using D365, and promote system adoption through training and support.
• Stay up-to-date on D365 updates and AI tools like Co-pilot to enhance business efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, resolve technical issues, and stay aligned with best practices.

Experience Required:

• Proven implementation experience of Dynamics 365 F&O/AX and and other business applications.
• Knowledge across a broad range of modules within D365 F&O/AX such as Finance, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Production, Quality Control, and WMS.
• The ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various business domains.
