Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the construction of the solar unit. Ensuring the ground is level and suitable for construction, which involves significant grading work. Managing the civil aspects of the project, particularly in a sandy and rocky terrain. Implementing and adhering to the Storm Water Prevention Plan (SWPP) and environmental regulations. Qualifications/Required Experience: 7-10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably within the solar industry. Strong understanding of soil types and grading. Experience working in sandy and rocky terrains. Active knowledge of SWPP and environmental compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful construction and environmental compliance of the Plant X Solar Farm.

Civil Construction Experience: 7-10 Years of Experience: Extensive experience in a civil role, with a preference for those who have worked in solar construction. Technical Proficiency: MS Office Skills: Proficiency in general computer use, including Microsoft Office applications like Word and Teams. ProCore Software: Knowledge of ProCore software for verifying drawings and project management. Communication Skills: Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across different groups and functions, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration. Safety Expertise: Safety Culture: A strong background in safety, with the ability to prioritize and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
