3- 4 months contract with possible extension.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling the plants mail.
- Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies
- Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches
- Support new hire orientations when needed
- Assist with record keeping
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter w/good organizational skills
- Possess discretion and confidentiality
Education:
