Our starting wage for Drivers is: $17.00 per hour!

We are looking for someone ( like you) :
- Be a Resident Relations Roadster by meeting resident transportation needs and assisting in safe and timely arrival to appointments .
- Be a Maintenance Maven by assisting with maintenance duties and safety needs throughout the community .
- Be a Service Superstar by providing first class customer service to community residents in a safe and professional manner .
What are we looking for?
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You must possess and maintain the specific state-commercial driver's license (CDL) .
- You must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carriers policy .
- Experience in senior housing is preferred .
- You must be first aid certified.
- You will p ossess clear verbal and written communication skills.
- You must have the a bility to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day , and the use of a ladder is required. Job functions require both indoor and outdoor work, including in periods of inclement weather.
- You must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable .
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
- Has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in the areas of leadership and supervision, including time management and organization, as well as the ability to represent and promote activities and programs .
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays .
