Wage DOE: $17-$21.00/hour
Your primary responsibility as a receptionist is to greet guests and visitors upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Respond to guests and staff inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
