The Maintenance Analyst at ATS is responsible for collaborating with maintenance teams and local manufacturing engineers to enhance operational processes and ensure optimal factory performance. This role involves utilizing maintenance management software to analyze data, drive cost savings, and support standardization strategies. Candidates are expected to have relevant experience and skills in predictive maintenance technologies, data analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Summary:
• Work with the local ME’s to develop, update and verify current OPM’S and follow customers AQE processes, and drive site cost savings.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work with local ME’s to develop, update and verify current OPM’S.
• Work with plant value stream leaders on AQE processes.
• Prepares, analyzes, and utilize CMMS or other databases.
• Actively collaborates with maintenance team on the use of predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies and strategies designed to identify or control risks prior to failure and ensure optimum maintenance execution.
• Performs ATS Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis with peer support.
• Collects data and provides analysis and interpretation of weekly/monthly CI savings for site roll-up metrics.
• Supports the FMS Standardization strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
• Associates degree and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience with CMMS, Efactory Pro, SAP preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI, Visio
• Intermediate knowledge of Pinpoint required.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods, reach with arms, and use close vision. At times, the employee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer, and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
