In this role, you will support our technicians by ensuring they have the materials and parts they need, assist with fabricating job materials, and help maintain an organized and efficient shop. Collaborate with Job Managers in the fabrication and delivery of materials. Assist with testing and basic labor tasks, including panel testing and other technician duties. Coordinate with office staff to ensure materials are available for the shop and other locations as necessary. Prepare jobs based on fabrication lists or verbal/written instructions. Operate shop equipment safely and in accordance with established safety standards. Report any issues or discrepancies to management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Assist the Shop foreman and other team members as needed.
