Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Associate working 2nd shift (5pm to 3:30am PST) onsite in Kirkland, WA to support our premier client's internal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-starting, and able to work on several projects simultaneously. This is a 12-month contract role that provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing to our client's world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• Experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer
• High School Diploma
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as SAP and/or Excel.
• Must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
