• Experience with multi-project management and managing multiple customers at the same time.
• Managing activities of 2+ teams working side by side.
• This person should be mid to senior level experience and demonstrated multi-projects at the same time.
• Strong communications skills and good documentation skills (particularly within Confluence and Jira).
• Must have Confluence and Jira experience.
• Multiple application migrations and coordinate with multiple teams at the same time.
• Must be able to multi-task at a high level.
• Don’t need technical expertise but need to be able to manage that at the same time.
• This person must be self-driven and independent.

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a variety of Agile methodologies with competency for the specification and the adherence to the obligatory elements of the agreed agile working models
• 5+ years’ experience in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documenting and training of IT applications.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management (small-to-medium size).
• 5+ years’ experience working in a customer service orientated environment.
• 5+ years’ experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a scaled agile framework.
