Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for the parts room/inventory of maintenance items and material within the maintenance and engineering department.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain inventory of part room supply levels; ordering as needed for Master Agreements and service orders
•Perform super-user role for the maintenance work order system
•Order material, maintaining inventory, creating POs and invoicing properly
•Perform month-end maintenance billing for condo work quoting billing at the correct rate based on markup over parts cost
•Organize inventory, kitting parts, etc.
•Keep parts are clean and neat ensuring area is free from debris
•Perform general administrative tasks backing up departmental administrative needs
•Follow policies, procedures and service standards
•Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
•Must be organized with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
•Possess good math skills
•Proficient using various Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
•Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, lift boxes of materials of 25 to 50 lbs, bend, reach as necessary to perform job duties as noted and withstand extremes in temperature (hot/cold) for 8 hour shift
•High School Diploma or GED
•Must be at least 18 years of age
•Must possess a valid Driver's License
•Possess 2 years' experience in maintenance or planning role preferred
•Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays to complete tasks as required
