Job Title: Technical Onboarding Specialist

Contract Duration: 6-months with possible extension

Work Location: Hybrid (onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays), Pomona, CA 91768

Pay: $30-36.33/hr.

Project Overview

The role supports staffing, onboarding, and provisioning processes for a minimum of six months, acting as a backfill for two employees currently on leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and technical analysis for onboarding and provisioning activities across various departments, including ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE.
• Ensure all processes comply with access governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex analyses on large datasets.
• Domain Expertise: Previous experience in onboarding and provisioning processes.
• Customer Focus: Strong client and user experience orientation.
