We are seeking a proactive and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will support the company’s strategic goals by managing HR functions and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Build relationships with networks, career fairs, and recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management, providing guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and regular feedback.
Performance Management:
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing employee development plans.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for training and growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure compensation packages are competitive within the industry.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company values.
- Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to meet organizational needs.
- Partner with managers to develop leadership and skill-building initiatives.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report key HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and engagement rates, to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience across multiple functions, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience in the beauty or fragrance industries is a nice to have , but not required.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
