Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead and oversee the development and implementation of our client's Total Rewards programs. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and performance management, with a focus on aligning reward strategies with organizational goals and employee satisfaction. The Director will drive innovative approaches to talent attraction, retention, and engagement through competitive and fair reward structures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and manage incentive programs that drive performance and support business goals, including short-term and long-term reward structures.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing employee needs.
  • Provide insights and analysis on compensation trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the labor market.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Lead job evaluations and market benchmarking activities to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to total rewards programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with business priorities.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation-related issues, including salary recommendations, pay equity, and market trends.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient execution of rewards programs.
  • Champion initiatives to promote transparency and clarity around total rewards offerings, fostering trust and understanding among employees.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on strategic leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits programs, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with market analysis, salary surveys, and benchmarking to develop competitive compensation structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, compensation software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or similar professional credential is a plus.
