Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize software license utilization to drive cost savings.
• Enhance the software catalog to streamline provisioning and improve user experience.
• Ensure license compliance and lead software decommissioning initiatives .
• Utilize ITAM tools such as Flexera , ServiceNow , and Zylo for asset tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance , Procurement , Enterprise Architecture , and more to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare reports to inform leadership about technology spend , risk mitigation , and endpoint security .

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management , Procurement , Vendor Management , or IT Risk Management .
• Proficiency in data engineering and working with APIs .
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Linux administration .
• Familiarity with asset management tools , including ServiceNow , Flexera , Zylo , and discovery tools (e.g., Tanium , Crowdstrike , SCCM ).
• Strong skills in data visualization , collaboration, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Asset management experience in large organizations (e.g., Fortune 50/100).
• Expertise in tools like MSFT Azure , Oracle , and SAP .
