Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished professional to take on the role of Associate Director/Client Partner , with a focus on analytics architecture, delivery leadership, and strategic business development. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, including P&L responsibility, and a demonstrated ability to foster growth and innovation, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry.


he ideal candidate will have 15 to 25 years of experience , preferably in analytics roles with consulting firms or organizations in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Manufacturing sectors. This role requires executive presence, the ability to influence VP/CXO stakeholders, and a proven track record of selling analytics and technology projects. The candidate must also demonstrate exceptional project management, road mapping, team-building, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consistently identifying value-creation opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Develop and execute account development plans for multiple accounts.
  • Lead mining and farming activities for clients in data science, engineering, and reporting.
  • Develop partnerships with customers and foster co-sell opportunities with partner organizations.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments, verticals, and regions to drive revenue growth through both customer acquisition (hunting) and account expansion (farming).
  • Drive adoption of data analytics solutions to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions addressing client challenges.
  • Foster a community of analytics practitioners to create and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Leverage relationships to promote intra-client growth and broader engagement opportunities.
  • Present client success stories to highlight capabilities and build the organization’s reputation.
  • Organize marketing events to enhance the company’s brand presence.
  • Provide consulting expertise in analytics to define business problems and lead end-to-end implementation of projects, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing analytics.

Industry Focus:

  • Deep expertise in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Functional knowledge in key analytics service areas such as supply chain and manufacturing (required) and marketing and customer analytics (preferred).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development , capability development (assets and people), and delivery excellence.
  • Strong background in analytics consulting and practical expertise in analytics or machine learning solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on analytics, machine learning, or IT delivery.
  • Big 4 consulting or delivery experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP/CXO level).
