The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Assist management with important financial decisions
- Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business
- Manage AP/AR, Expense control procedures, bank reconciliations, cash receipts, disbursements, finance charges, billings, and chargebacks
- Monitor a company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs
- Keep up-to-date on the financial market to understand how to maximize profits and find new expansion areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5 - 7 years of related experience
- CPA and Big 4 public accounting is required.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
