We are seeking a motivated Facilities Coordinator to support our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office spaces are functional, organized, and well-maintained. You’ll handle day-to-day operations such as office inspections, coordinating repairs, managing supplies, overseeing meeting room setups, and assisting with office moves. A proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of office spaces to ensure functionality and maintenance.
- Manage service and maintenance requests using a ticketing system, addressing issues promptly.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of meeting rooms, multi-purpose spaces, and events.
- Handle mail and package sorting and distribution.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage storage spaces.
- Assist with office and team moves, from planning to execution.
- Travel between two office locations and support physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of facilities experience or office support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred).
