Must-Haves:

• Experience with pool equipment, parts, chemicals, or pool construction
• Strong customer-service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with customer issues, inventory, and product allocations

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a strong Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients in the pool distribution industry. This position will be a customer facing role assisting with customer's orders, fielding incoming phone calls, assisting in receiving and shipping orders, dealing with customer's questions and issues in a timely and professional manner, and processing and distributing customer products quickly and efficiently. The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000.
