Experience & Responsibilities:
- Experience in working with large organizations/accounts with multiple projects and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
- Knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA/Jama.
- Experience in tracking of training requirements and completion & track project task completion.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow front end ticket creation.
Education details:
High School Diploma/Any bachelor’s degree is required
