Account Director Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Guide and mentor account teams, including Account Managers and Coordinators, to ensure smooth project delivery and team growth
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while proactively addressing challenges or risks
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through additional services and solutions tailored to their goals
- Manage account budgets, forecasts, and invoicing with accuracy and transparency, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
- Conduct regular client check-ins, surveys, and post-project reviews to gather actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement
Account Director Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency or software development setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals
