We are currently partnering with a prestigious Asset Manager looking to add a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP/O365 applications. This pivotal role will ensure effective collaboration between business and technology teams, driving project success and aligning outcomes with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with Business and Technology Owners to ensure projects meet established expectations and outcomes.
• Establish project governance structures and oversee all project activities, ensuring clear accountability.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, resources, and performance to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, including budget, time management, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Track project expenditures and maintain up-to-date financial documentation.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on budget status, cash flow projections, and any variances.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and contribute to procurement decision-making.
• Ensure financial management of project funds in accordance with established accounting policies.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting the defined quality standards.
• Monitor and track action items, risks, and issues, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strong accountability across Business and Technology teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and challenges.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to IT Risk and Compliance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 7-9 years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience across the full development lifecycle and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience managing large-scale application or infrastructure projects, including those related to Security, IT Infrastructure, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex project environments.
• Willingness to travel as required to support project delivery.
