Job Description :

Electrical.

• Working with Electrical Wiring, Motor Controls, Sensors, Actuators and Mechanical Components like Bearings, Gears and Pneumatic Systems.
• Troubleshooting control problems
• Reading electrical prints interpreting
• Understanding and Modify PLC Logic to Control Machine Operations
• Troubleshooting VFD controls and motors
• Installing conduit and pulling wire

Mechanical

• Reading mechanical drawings and assembly prints
• Gearbox and mechanical drive repairs
• Mechanical punch press repair
• Conveyor repairs
• Brake and clutch replacements
• Troubleshooting and Repair
• Diagnosing Malfunctions in Electrical and Mechanical Systems
• Identify Faulty Components and Replace or Repair them.

Hydraulic

o Reading hydraulic prints and understanding how a basic system works

o Troubleshooting hydraulic issues

o Component identification and replacement

• Pneumatics

o Reading schematics and understanding how systems work

o Troubleshooting problems

• General Maintenance Key Responsibilities including :

o Preventive Maintenance (Inspect, Clean, Lubricate, Adjust Machinery, Adhering to PM Schedule)

o Welding and fabrication

o Painting, building maintenance, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (limited)

o Preventative maintenance

o Calibration and Testing for Equipment Functionality

o Maintain Detailed Records of Maintenance Activities, Repairs and Parts Used

o Adhering to Safety Procedures and Regulations when working on Machinery

o Other tasks as directed
