Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Benefits Coordinator manages return-to-work clearance and leave administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, liaising with vendors and Employee Relations, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing expert guidance on leave processes and ADA requirements.
- Administer return-to-work and leave processes, ensuring compliance with policies, federal, and state regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, Employee Relations, and HR teams to manage documentation, eligibility, and employee communications.
- Provide expert guidance on leave policies, ADA accommodations, and timelines while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Strong knowledge of leave administration, employee benefits, and applicable regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, HIPAA) with the ability to research, analyze, and apply policies and procedures effectively.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
