An automotive parts manufacturer by the LaSalle, IL area is searching for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This role will be overseeing the production team and all production activities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision of production team (timekeeping, discipline, etc.)
• Production planning and scheduling
• Address team & equipment concerns – resolve & report accordingly
• Assisting in production process improvement
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Production Supervisor Requirements Include:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment.
