About the Role - We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Agave Brand Market Manager to join our team in Northern California, covering multiple markets including AK, WA, & CO. As the Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, increasing market share, and establishing this brand a leading player in the premium spirits industry. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our luxury products in the assigned market.



Responsibilities -



  • Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and market share. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with local influencers, bars, restaurants, and retailers to create impactful partnerships and activations.
  • Distribution Management: Work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and availability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Conduct regular market visits and engage with consumers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives. Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.


Qualifications -

  • Proven experience in sales within the spirits industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Northern California market and its unique dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand success.
  • Familiarity with agave distillates and appreciation for the cultural aspects of the product.
