Our "Build on Your Lot Program" is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator who is eager to explore new frontiers in the industry, see their ideas in action, and support our New Homes Sales Consultants in leading the conversation with clients.
The Sales Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, facilitating efficient and effective sales operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Sales Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and will contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative duties to ensure deadlines are not missed.
- Audit contract documents and change orders for accuracy to ensure a smooth home buying experience.
- Set up & review accuracy of Co-Marketing packages. Enter them on internal tracker, website, and order signs. Follow up with Listing Agent Bi-Weekly to discuss traffic.
- Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline; including deposit verification, loan application, plan sign off, lot walk & schedule pre-construction meeting.
- Assist in collecting traffic data for each community and verify accuracy in Hubspot.
- Monitor mls listings to ensure accuracy, updated pictures, and correct showing/inquiry instructions.
Qualifications:
2+years of office/administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter able to work independently and with an administrative team.
Organized with a strong attention to detail.
Sales processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding is a plus.
