Unit Information: Location Address: Building: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Floor: 2nd Discipline: ED Specialty: Emergency room Target Start Date: ASAP Shift times: 7 p - 7:30 a Call Requirements: no call Weekends: Every other weekend Number of Beds - 33 Number of Staff – 85 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters; Night Shift - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters Patient Ratios – 4:1 occasional 5:1 when critical comes in to trauma room Type of equipment – Philips monitors EMR - EPIC Job Requirements Experience no less than 2 years of current ED experience Must have: BLS/ACLS/TNCC required PALS preferred Must pass EKG exam Schedule Information Shift times: 7 p - 7:30 a Weekends: Every other weekend Unit Specific Information Unit Guidelines/Policies: See attached policies Dress Code: Scrub Color - Navy; No Fake nails; No long hair that will be in your face; No crocs with holes; Only navy scrub jackets
