Top General Contractor in Michigan looking for a qualified Project Manager with 5 years of experience in the industry to oversee healthcare construction projects over $15M. Very diverse portfolio of ground-up construction projects, tons of room for growth and exploration. Responsible for oversight of schedule, budget, and quality. Client Details Our client is an established national general contractor that focuses on healthcare construction projects. They have a phenomenal reputations among clients and subcontractors throughout the market. They have a strong backlog of projects in their pipeline for this year and 2026. This project manager will work on projects throughout Detroit. They are well known for their strong compensation packages, employee benefits and their opportunities for growth. Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Develop and maintain good client relationships for expanded or new work opportunities Negotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of work Monthly scheduling and budget (P&L) reporting Demonstrate a professional attitude consistent with company values and culture Adhere to all local, state, and OSHA regulations, including company safety policy and procedures Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers Attend and participate in all project meetings and company training Profile Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field Minimum 4 years construction project management experience in a healthcare, commercial, or industrial environment Familiarity with construction management software-Procore experience is a plus Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close out procedures Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are on schedule Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Detail oriented with the ability to multi task Job Offer $140K-$170K base Salary Large Bonus Potential Profit Sharing Company car Gas Card 100% of covered medical/dental/vision PTO 401K program MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
