Location: Ferndale, WA & Anacortes, WA
Pay Range: $75 - $85 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
Patient Care & Management
Thorough Assessments: Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and lab orders to fully address each patient’s needs.
Customized Care Plans: Create diagnostic and therapeutic plans that focus on preventive care and long-term wellness.
Treatment & Compliance: Provide treatments, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance to meet the highest standards.
Emergency & Minor Procedures
Expert Hands-On Care: Perform essential minor surgeries like suturing, burn care, and foreign body removal.
Emergency Management: Confidently handle on-the-spot emergencies with swift, knowledgeable care, prioritizing patient safety at every step.
Health & Wellness Promotion
Occupational Exams: Conduct pre-placement, fitness-for-duty, and regular surveillance exams to support safe work environments.
Community Resources: Connect patients with resources to promote their wellness beyond the clinic and support long-term health goals.
Compliance & Administrative Responsibilities
High Standards: Keep the clinic compliant with all federal and state regulations through accurate documentation, staff training, and quality assurance.
Team Contributions: Participate in team meetings and engage with staff to create a seamless, efficient clinic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Clinical Expertise: Depth in PA/NP practices, diagnostics, minor procedures, and emergency response in an occupational health setting.
Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex medical treatments in a way that patients understand, and to collaborate effectively with clinic and client staff.
Commitment to Compliance: Strong focus on safety and adherence to regulatory standards, with an eye toward continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
Active PA or NP licensure as required by state and federal laws
BCLS (CPR/AED) Certification
Valid DEA License
Commitment to ongoing professional development (CME)
