*Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant*

_We are seeking Advance Practice Providers who wants to make a difference in the lives of our Military Members, their Families, and Retired Military Veterans!_

*PAY RATE: *Starting at $104 per hour, but flexible
*SCHEDULE:* 8.5 hours between 7:00am and 6:30pm
*SHIFT:* Full-Time , Monday-Friday
*STATE DATE: *4-6 Weeks
*LOCATION: *NAS China Lake, CA 93555
*REQUIREMENTS: *Qualified applicants must be either an NP or PA, at least 2 years' experience in the past 3 years, and have a valid unrestricted license in any state.

Working as an Advance Practice Provider, the healthcare worker (HCW) shall provide services within the scope of their competencies and the applicable duties provided in the basic contract.

* No Call, No Call-Back

* Branch Health Clinic at China Lake, CA: NAWS China Lake is located in the Western Mojave Desert region of California, approximately 150 miles north of Los Angeles. The installation is the Navy's largest single landholding, representing 85 percent of the Navy’s land for RDAT&E use and 38 percent of the Navy’s land holdings worldwide. In total, its two ranges and main site cover more than 1.1 million acres, an area larger than the state of Rhode Island.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Master in Nursing for NP; from accredited program (ACEN or CCNE), or Bachelors in Physician Assistant Studies for PA; from accredited program (ARC-PA).
* *Experience:* Minimum 2 years experience in a family practice or other primary care setting, within the past 3 years
* *License: *Active, unrestricted license as an NP or PA in any state
* *Board Certification:* ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioner; NCCPA for Physician Assistant
* *Life Support Certifications:* BLS from AHA or Red Cross is required
* *Security:* Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
