*Key Responsibilities:*
* Team Leadership:
* Oversee the coordination and quality of care provided during the hospice benefit period.
* Inspire, mentor, and engage your team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve professional growth.
* Patient Care Oversight:
* Ensure the safe, cost-effective delivery of professional and supportive services to clients.
* Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards.
* Clinical Excellence:
* Oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Promote staff engagement and well-being while fostering a culture of safety.
* Administrative Duties:
* Supervise daily operations to meet organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with the Regional Branch Director to ensure alignment with the company's mission.

*Qualifications:*
* Associate degree in science or Bachelor’s degree from a School of Nursing (preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in Home Health or Hospice, with leadership experience (preferred).
* Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
* Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
