Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Conduct health coaching sessions with patients to promote wellness and disease prevention
- Assist with procedures such as Botox injections and neonatal ventilator management
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately
- Adhere to infection control standards and protocols to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Manage durable medical equipment (DME) for patients as needed
- Provide occupational health services, including pre-employment screenings and workplace injury assessments

Qualifications:

- *Recent LPN experience*
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks
- Strong understanding of infection control procedures and protocols
- Experience with neonatal ventilator management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

*Must have one year recent LPN experience in a Rehab setting*

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
