*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established protocols and standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
* Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
* Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

*Qualifications*
* Valid LPN license in the state of IL.
* Knowledge of physiology and basic medical terminology.
* Familiarity with travel nursing practices is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Previous experience in a *correctional setting* is preferred but not required.
