Agency Integration Manager

Key Role:

Implement and operate the next generation of cybersecurity solutions for federal government agencies and departments as a leader in large-scale client engagement. Oversee analysis and deliverable execution for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes and success metrics. Recommend industry best practices to define and govern program-wide business and development processes. Drive a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with other team leaders to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands while maintaining the necessary quality levels. Institute strategic approaches and advise customers in overcoming their most difficult challenges, accomplishing mission objectives through program objectives. Identify, highlight, and manage risk to successful outcomes from firm and client perspectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience serving as direct supervisor to a technical team

1+ years of experience serving as the key escalation point for technical and personnel matters from Agency Delivery Teams and Agency Integration Teams

Experience engaging directly with client stakeholders or contractor program management staff

Experience with resource and capacity management to ensure personnel are adequately tasked and effective

Ability to coordinate with Systems Engineering and various other counterparts

Ability to document operational tasks and report to upper-level management

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

Experience actively or previously supporting the CDM program

Experience working in large federal agency environments

Knowledge of the CDM integration solution to adequately surge on technical escalations from Agency Integration Teams

Ability to regularly engage with Agency personnel and leadership on efforts underway at their Agencies and devise new plans with those stakeholders

Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
