*Position Title – Patient Care Coordinator*

Location – Sarasota, FL

Pay -- $20/hr (weekly pay)

Work schedule - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Openings – 1

Contract Type – Temporary, ends April

Interview Process - in-person

*Specific Duties:*
* Responsible for accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
* Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports
* Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures
* Performs other duties as assigned

*Must have qualifications/experience:*

1. HS diploma/GED

2. At least 1 year of healthcare experience within the last 3 years

3. Prefer Spanish/English speaker
