*The Role*

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities within the tax department, overseeing tax preparation and compliance, strategic planning, and client management. You will guide and mentor junior staff while providing expert advice and solutions to clients across a variety of industries, including nonprofits, medical practices, law firms, construction, entertainment, and manufacturing.

*Requirements:*
* 7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
* Strong experience in managing tax preparation for individuals and businesses (S Corp and Partnership).
* Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Ability to mentor and guide teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.

*Compensation:*
