Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-hospital care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Administer treatments and procedures such as tube feeding, IV infusion, and sterile processing.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficient in conducting assessments and documenting patient information accurately.
- Knowledge of various medical procedures such as tube feeding, IV infusion, and sterile processing.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in patient care.

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in FL.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
