Specialty Clinic Coordinator, RN - Multispecialty Center, FT Days (4447-029)
This position is responsible to provide coordination of care for patients of the hospital/physician practice, including provider issues and managing assigned staff.
Required Skills
* Leadership ability, communications, and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with physicians, management, staff, and external agencies/customers.
* Demonstrated knowledge in healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies and procedures.
* Ability to establish and commit to long-range goals/vision after analyzing factual information and assumptions.
* Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects within tight timelines.
* Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
* Ability to develop and supervise group of professionals, decision-makers and project managers.
* Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
* Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
* Ability to compose and edit technical or administrative correspondence.
Required Experience
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in a supervisory position with a medical practice.
B. Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
