- Common diagnoses include peds to geriatrics, traumas, Stroke, STEMI, SOB, abdominal pain, etc.
- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:3-4 based on acuity, maybe 5 (if boarding and grouped together)
- Shifts: 12hr shifts with varied start times
- Weekend Requirements: Every other
- Holiday Requirements: Every other
- Floating Requirements: Rare ability to float due to census and staffing
- 1-2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation
Job Requirements

- Prefer previous travel experience but open to first time travelers
Schedule Information
- 12hr shifts with varied start times: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a, 7p-7a
- Manager does the scheduling based on needs and staff availability
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract)
- Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
