    Certification Details
  • BLS - Required for clinical positions
  • License/Certificate Verification - Required for position
  • Fit Test - Completed within 1 year of start updated annually
  • UHS Skills Checklist - Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start
  • UHS Competency Exam
  • UHS Core Competencies
  • MMR - Required within 1 year of start
  • Hepatitis B - Proof of vaccine series or completion
  • Influenza Vaccine - Proof of vaccine from Oct-March or exemptions must be submitted for approval
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • Varicella - Proof of vaccination required

    Job Details
  • Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients including orthopaedic, neuro-surgery and level 1 trauma patients. Priorities include zero-harm, patient safety and quality care. Enhance the patient experience through pain management, proactive rounding and bedside handoff.
