Third-Party Liability Associate (TPL)
To provide the TPL Administration with professional support within the Third-Party Liability Unit.
Scope:

• Entry level position with basic experience in Microsoft Office skills
• Is currently multi-skilled and/or able to be willing to be with related training
• Completes routine assignments as directed
• Can solve problems of recurring nature and make recommendations for corrective action or changes
• Completes work with a moderate degree of supervision
• Identifies problems in straightforward situations
• Makes sound decisions using standardized procedures as a guide
• Can effectively delve for information through researching

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verifies eligibility and updates systems.
• Enter data entry correctly, efficiently and completed within a strict timeline
• Receives and sends emails and phone calls efficiently
• Handles special batch claims and claims review.
• Assists with Carrier Billing workflow
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Successful candidate for this position:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Prior Customer Service and Data Entry experience helpful
• Ability to accurately type and navigate various systems
• Must be able to multitask
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Work and Excel) helpful
• Must pass state, federal, and criminal background check
