Tele-Health Pulmonologist (Medical Director of Outpatient Respiratory Therapy Program)in Goldendale, WA Salary Range: $178.00/hourPosition Type: Exempt Hourly, 10-15 hours per weekSeeking a highly qualified Tele-Health Pulmonologist to serve as the Medical Director for its developing Outpatient Respiratory Therapy Program. The Medical Director will play an essential role in overseeing the quality of patient care, advising on clinical policies, and providing guidance and education to the respiratory therapy staff. This position is remote and offers a flexible schedule, with an anticipated workload of 10-15 hours per week. Postion Requirements - Medical Degree from an accredited institution. - Board Certification in Pulmonology required. - Current medical license to practice in Washington state. - Previous experience in outpatient respiratory therapy preferred. - Experience in Tele-Health services is desirable. - Strong understanding of respiratory therapy practices and patient care standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. - Dedication to continuous quality improvement. Position Details - Patient Care Policies and Procedures: - Review and provide input on the development and implementation of patient care policies. - Ensure policies comply with current clinical guidelines and best practices. - Equipment and Supply Needs: - Advise on the selection and updates of medical equipment and supplies for the respiratory therapy program.This is a remote position with flexible hours, requiring access to reliable internet and tele-health tools.
