Medical Director of Concierge Medicine opening in Colorado - Located in Vail, CO - Full-time, permanent positionActively recruiting a Medical Director to establish and lead a Concierge Medicine program. This role is ideal for a physician passionate about providing patient-centered care in a resort destination setting. Located in the beautiful mountain area of Vail, CO, a state-of-the-art 56-bed hospital with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the Concierge Medical Program for Clinics, collaborating with executive leadership to align with strategic goals.- Act as the primary clinician and program leader for concierge services, which include executive wellness programs, longevity/wellness clinics, and direct patient care.- Work with clinic staff to ensure top-quality patient care and build strong relationships with the Colorado Mountain Medical and Clinic teams.- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, document medical histories, review records, and follow up on patient results.- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and community partners.- Provide care for acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow-up care with referring providers.- Serve as a role model for organizational values and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.Qualifications:- Education : Must have an MD or DO degree.- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.- Licensure : Requires DEA certification, specialty license, and board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family practice.- Computer Skills : Ability to meet the computer and online learning requirements within 90 days.- Language : Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).Benefits:- Competitive Wages : Includes family benefits and parental leave.- Healthcare : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.- Educational Support : Tuition assistance, loan repayment, CME funds and days, and medical staff dues.- Retirement & Insurance : 403(b) retirement plan with matching, life insurance, and disability coverage.- Wellness & Recreation : Annual wellness reimbursement, recreation discounts, and pet insurance.
