Dates of Coverage: March 17 - March 24, May 5 - May 12, June 16 - July 14, July 21 - August 11, August 18 - September 1, September 8 - September 29, October 6 - November 3, November 10 - December 1, December 8 - January 5, 2026
24 hour call (7AM-7AM)
Board Certification is required
Active Indiana license and DEA is required
24 hour call (7AM-7AM), covering Emergency Department and Hospital consults and emergencies. Only ED and Hospital work, no office. Cover emergencies and any needing surgery.
Patient Volume: 0-10 daily
Required Procedures: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection
