Job Description

If you’ve been looking for an STNA job in Cincinnati which offers career growth and job satisfaction, then our community-focused, locally respected, 5-star rated facility is where you want to be. Located in a tranquil neighborhood across from the Anderson Parks RecPlex, Mount Washington Care Center (MWCC) has been a restorative sanctuary for our residents and staff for over 40 years. Our valued team of professionals offer the latest in rehabilitative care as we support the medical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.

In our homelike setting, you’ll be working with dedicated and collaborative professionals and a nursing team with staying power. Our nursing professionals have been with us an average of 20 years because we offer real support, including comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO, flexible schedule benefits, and tuition reimbursement. But there’s more to it than that. Our nurses stay with us because we have a team-focused and supportive culture, a commitment to excellence for our residents, and deep ties to our wider community.

Located about 10 minutes from the Withrow Nature Preserve and the Ohio River Trail, MWCC’s setting allows our team to take in all that eastern Cincinnati has to offer. Enjoy lunchtime strolls? Beech Acres Park is just across the street. Or you can head over to the Anderson Towne Center just a mile away to do some light shopping and grab a bite. Our family-friendly Ohio River community also has well-rated schools and plenty of parks and perks to enjoy with family and friends.

Our commitment to high-quality care, and the professionals who deliver it, has a direct impact on our residents and their loved ones. Here’s a sampling of just a few of their reviews:

“On behalf of our entire family, I wish to extend our gratitude for the care provided to my parents. We appreciate all of the many services provided … especially the loving attention that the nurses gave them. You have a very fine staff that helped my father and mother.” – Mary V.

“We wish to extend our deepest gratitude for the tender care you took of our mother. She felt so loved during our stays at MWCC. The staff was always so attentive to her needs, as well as ours.” – Kathryn S.

“I have been lax in telling your facility how much of a difference the care and caring of your staff has made for my mother and me. While the decision to put mother in a nursing home was a difficult one, I’m certainly glad that we picked your facility.” – Donald B.
