Salary:? $82,000 - $108,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Location:?  4250 Hempstead Turnpike, Bethpage, NY (Nassau County; outpatient clinic)

Sign-on bonuses available? 

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Mon & Wed 12pm-8pm, Tues & Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 10am-6pm. Open to further discussing schedule during interview.)

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
• CPR and first aid certification required?
