Main patient population is trauma surgery, post bariatric surgery, post abdominal surgery, post amputation surgery, urological issues, etc. Also takes overflow medically and cardiac. Job Requirements Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Ascension Specialty Exam must be completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter with minimum 80% passing score. Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly with minimum 80% score. Ascension EKG Exam completed with a passing score of at least 80% prior to start. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) completed prior to start. Health Statement updated annually. Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated. Ascension Criminal Background Check Results run within 30 days of first assignment. Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start, updated annually. Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen completed prior to start. Additional Details Comments: Must be AHA.
