Job Details The Ideal Candidate will have experience overseeing self-perform projects including excavation/backfill, structural concrete, yard piping, and mechanical/process piping.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges proactively to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including water infrastructure, underground utilities, or structural concrete.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
